This is for party wall surveyors who have a minimum of 5 years experience and who could act as a Third Surveyor. The requirement is also to attend Third Surveyor 1 day seminar.
This is for those who have sufficient knowledge of the Act, which can be supported by two party wall awards.
Associate Member
This is for those who do not have a lot of experience in party wall matters but who wish to progress to full membership by gaining further experience in due course.
This is for those professionals within the construction and legal disciplines who are not practising the Act but would benefit from direct access to an experienced practising party wall surveyor by telephone for advice and guidance on party wall matters, free of charge, enabling them to provide their clients with accurate, unbiased advice.
