Stuart
commenced practice as a Barrister dealing with Criminal Law but later moved
into the area of Property Law. He now has a mixed civil and criminal practice
but increasingly focuses on Property Law with a particular emphasis on Party
Wall matters. Stuart’s previous extensive experience, before he became a
barrister, working in the construction industry means that he has excellent
technical knowledge to complement his legal training and experience.
